Postage Orders
We offer Australian wide postage at an additional cost.
How does postage orders work?
- Simply browse our collection
- Select the outfit you would like to rent
- Choose your rental date (the date you intend on wearing the outfit)
- Complete the checkout process
Your outfit will be delivered to you 1-2 days prior to the specified date.
Returning via Australia Post:
After wearing the outfit, return the dress by 4:00pm the next business day using the prepaid return label and re-usable satchel we provide.
Please hand to an Australia Post consultant to ensure you get a lodgment receipt and tracking number. Without this there is no proof of returning, if the garment was to be misplaced, we have no way of identifying you returning the garments. Therefore, you will be liable for the cost, in line with our returns policy.
Re Satchel: To reuse, cut alone the dotted line, place your outfit back in the bag, seal and affix the return label on top of the old label.
How much is postage?
Postage is charged at a flat rate of $28 for express return postage.
How long will it take to receive my outfit?
Typically, express postage is 1-3 business days. The team will ship your garment out to you approximately 1-2 days in advance to your event to allow for postage delays to ensure your receive your garment on time.
Please be aware rural areas and public holidays may affect these timeframes.
Locally, please book 4-5 days in advance, rurally please book 7-8 days in advance to ensure your outfits reach you in time.
If your outfit does not reach you in time due to delayed booking, you will be issued with a store credit in line with our policy.
Your tracking number will be provided to you via email when your parcel is being prepared.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
If you miss the delivery, the courier service will typically leave a note or text with instructions on how to collect your package from a local pickup point.

Can I request same day delivery?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer same day delivery services.
Can I have a longer hire period after receiving my outfit?
We try to offer as much flexibility as we can.

Do you off international services?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international postages.
